At TrainingMalta we are experts in many different areas, such as eLearning, Entrepreneurship, Digital Storytelling, Leadership Skills and ISO. Our training centre is NCFHE and ISO accredited. We have been successfully conducting various professional development courses in different sectors since 2001. Our courses are delivered by professional trainers who are experts in their field and offer a rich learning experience. We offer various types of training programmes which are also available under the ErasmusPlus Programme, and other funding schemes, in Europe.
Throughout the world the use of Technology in Education and training has become a priority. It is proven that adopting ICT tools in the classroom helps provide a more successful learning environment. Children and adults learn better when there is interactivity. In this day and age, everyone expects an element of technology within all aspects of their life, and learning is no different.
New Pedagogy in Education is another area where our expertise is really put to use in order to find innovative ways to improve teaching in the 21st century. A set of skills including creativity, digital storytelling, interdisciplinary teaching and critical thinking are being promoted in order to help students learn better. Combating early school leaving is also at the top of our agenda and is an area that we can address due to our experience in the area.
We are also experts in Business and Entrepreneurship, where our tutors will guide participants through the steps of turning their idea into a successful business venture.The biggest mistake a budding entrepreneur can make is to try and launch their business as soon as they have come up with an idea. Entrepreneurial skills require various stages from the idea through to the actual launch. Our experts will guide the way to help make the transition a successful one.
All participants who attend our training courses are provided with hands-on experience, together with theoretical material, that will help them adopt and implement the skills learnt during the course . Since TrainingMalta opened its doors in 2002 our overall pass rate across all courses has been 99% ‘After-course support’ is also available to ensure that they are able to confidently use the new skills in the classroom, share them with colleagues or to achieve a personal goal. We are here to assist the learners when they return home, whether it’s via email, skype, phone etc.
Training Malta also provides training facilities with all the equipment needed to run a course. Our training room comes equipped with an interactive whiteboard, flipchart, coffee making facilities, wifi, laptops, tablets, and anything else that may be required to ensure a successful learning experience.
