Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, served as exclusive advisor to Professional Pipe, Inc. (“PPI”) on the majority recapitalization of its business by KJM Capital, LLC. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital and led by Senior Managing Director Lester “Jay” Rodgers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
