TK Development’s strategic focus is the development of real property, termed property development, in Denmark and Sweden. In terms of segments, the Group’s focus is on urban development, housing, retail and business projects and often a combination of these segments.
TK Development is predominantly a knowledge-based service provider and has specialized in being the productive and creative liaison between tenants, investors, contractors and other business partners.
We have a large, strong network forged on the basis of long-standing, close business relationships with tenants and investors, and the interaction with these business partners is based on profound know-how and mutual respect.
