The Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), a peer-advisory group for million-dollar-plus women-led companies, is proud to announce Ina Rose, Founder, Passion 4 People Consulting, as the newest member of the Monmouth, NJ Chapter of the WPO.

A women-owned boutique staffing firm, Passion 4 People has been providing companies talented finance and accounting professionals on an interim or permanent basis since 2014. Ina Rose said, “We run lean and mean. We have no brick and mortar office, or large internal team, which means we can pay our professionals more and charge our clients less. Every quarter we give 2% of our revenue to the charities chosen by our clients and employees. I am really excited to learn from such a talented group of women on how to grow Passion 4 People as they have grown their companies.”

Requirements for membership to the WPO include annual revenue of at least $2 million ($1 million for service-based companies) and an ownership interest in the company.
